What is the average burn time for Scentiment candles?
Our standard 9oz candles provide approximately 50-60 hours of clean burn time when maintained properly.
Are your fragrances safe for pets?
Yes, we use phthalate-free oils and natural wax blends. However, we recommend using them in well-ventilated areas away from direct pet contact.
How do I prevent my candle from tunneling?
Ensure the first burn lasts long enough for the wax to melt across the entire surface to the edges of the vessel.
Do you offer reed diffuser refills?
Sustainability is key at Scentiment. We offer 200ml refill bottles for all our signature scents to help reduce glass waste.
Are Scentiment products vegan and cruelty-free?
Absolutely. All our products are 100% vegan, cruelty-free, and contain no paraffin or synthetic dyes.
Can I reuse the candle jars?
Our premium glass vessels are designed for reuse. Once 1/4" of wax remains, clean the jar with warm soapy water to use as a planter or storage.
