If you are not completely satisfied with your scent experience, we offer returns on unused items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Visit our returns portal with your order number and zip code to start the process.

  Pack Securely

  Place the unused items in their original packaging to prevent breakage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Label

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 days.
